Halloween Night - My theory

Although I am in college and that gives everyone the instant “grown-up” persona, Halloween is just around the corner. Halloween it’s the kid holiday, where you dress up ridiculously with your closest friends who have all sat at your same lunch table since third grade. Well here I am 19 and I couldn’t be happier that yet again like every year that you have your pass to be a kid, its acceptable to dress silly, and eat loads of candy, enjoy life for one night. I believe older people should indulge in this tradition. Life is hard and how many more times are you going to hear that before you die, then why not wipe the slate clean for one night and be the kid that you still are on the inside. I have a theory when you “grow-up” you will still feel the same way you do now, you will still view the world as you do now, and the only thing that changes when you grow up is how you look. I refuse to let looks alone hinder me from life. I want to be the old lady who wears Halloween sweaters, and passes out candy with a smile, because deep down inside I will be having as much fun as every small princess, witch, or monster on Halloween night.
